Should I go on a diet?
I think it’s safe to say the majority of us have asked ourselves this question. Even if we’re not particularly serious about going on one. It happens when you look in the mirror one day and realise your waist line has expanded, or as you check out a photo of yourself from a year ago and think “Uh oh, I’ve let myself go.”
I think the real question we should be asking ourselves is, “can I be bothered to go on a diet?” I mean seriously, it does take a certain kind of determination to stop yourself eating the foods that make you happy. Happy food is the good stuff you snack on, while you’re playing on partycasino.com, watching Mad Men and playing on the Xbox. Happy food tastes good.
